D-Link Unveils DIR-457, Router 3.5G Pocket Size

Jakarta, February 18, 2010 - D-Link, provider of network solutions computer from upstream to downstream for consumers and businesses today launched the D-Link DIR-457 myPocket 3.5G, Router High-Speed Downlink Packet Access (HSDPA). Measuring just 11cm x 6.5cm and weighing only 103g, D-Link DIR-457 working on 3G networks and supports Wi-Fi connection. Using both Universal Mobile Telecommunications System (UMTS) or HSDPA SIM card, D-Link DIR-457 has a download speed of up to 3.6Mps.
"D-Link DIR-457 designed to meet the needs of users with high mobility, which requires products that can offer wireless connectivity at high speed with the convenience of portable," explained Desmond Toh, Marketing Director of D-Link International Pte Ltd.. "Not only can create a wireless connection anywhere with D-Link DIR-457, microSD card slot into a whole with this device also extends the flexibility of the use of this device that can be used to share files."
